Creating & Holding Space For Grief & Loss

Death is a natural part of the life cycle, but that never makes it an easy experience. In our loss, we also gain grief, something that doesn’t leave. Rather, it changes and evolves over the course of our life, always staying close. We can choose to ignore it and wait for life to begin again; or we can invite it in, learn from it, and use it as an opportunity to love deeper and live fuller.

This 10-day course will begin the journey of forging a new relationship with the concepts of grief and loss. This new relationship seeks to give way to a new mindset, teaching you how to swim the waters of grief with more grace, surrender, and allowance.

  • Four years into my journey, I came to this course with a refined definition of grief and the realization that I will carry it with me always. It's weight won't lessen, instead I will learn to carry it with more strength, compassion, and allow it to be rather than try to shut it out. Your teaching reinforced my beliefs.
